Volunteer for Girls on Course

Help WSSGL celebrate 100 years of women’s golf by mentoring the next generation at our Girls on Course Golf Clinic at Marshfield Country Club.

  • When: Tuesday, June 30, 2026 (Rain date: July 1)
  • Time: Registration 8:30–9:00 • Clinic 9:00–3:00 (9:00–12:30 for girls under 8)
  • Where: Marshfield Country Club
  • Volunteer fee: $50 (covers lunch, tee shirt & CORI check)

100 Girls for 100 Years

As part of our year-long Centennial celebrations, WSSGL and Marshfield Country Club are sponsoring a junior girls golf clinic called Girls on Course—paying it forward by introducing and inspiring the next generation of players to this great game.

How you can help (no experience needed)

You don’t need golf-instruction experience—just a love of the game and a lot of patience. Volunteers may help with:

  • Registration/check-in
  • Assisting club pros at teaching stations (putting, chipping, driving, etc.)
  • Monitoring sessions and helping groups move station-to-station
  • Dismissals/end-of-day support

What volunteers receive:

Lunch and a t-shirt are included, and a CORI check is required as part of the process.

Volunteer Application Process

4 steps to volunteer approval

  1. Complete and submit the volunteer form by May 1, 2026 including the $50 volunteer fee. Select payment by credit card or pay by check and send to the address provided.
  2. After we receive your registration, you’ll be sent a confidential CORI form to complete and submit to Marshfield Country Club, along with a photo ID.
  3. You’ll receive an email confirming your application has been approved.
  4. Watch your inbox for details about a mandatory volunteer meeting/Zoom in Spring 2026.

Important: The committee has put a lot of work into planning this day. Your attendance and commitment are imperative to the success of the event—please make every effort to honor your commitment.
