2026 Boros Memorial Registration Form
To be completed by Team Captain
Each club enters 3 teams: One pre-designated foursome scores best ball gross and the other two foursomes score best ball net. The captain shall register her team online and send payment to the treasurer.
Please note: you will not have the ability to update your entry form once submitted. Therefore, please submit the form with committed entries. Any changes to your team after your registration form is submitted should be directed to: boros@wssgl.com
Registration opens June 18. Entries due by end of day July 9th.
Best completed on a desktop or laptop computer. Once you submit your registration you will receive a copy by email. Please make sure you have entered your email address accurately. Contact web@wssgl.com if you have difficulties.
Payment
The cost for each club is $1140 ($95 per player)
and includes golf, cart, lunch and prizes for 12 players. Clubs may handle payments as they see fit, either a single payment for the team, or per player.
